One of the hardest parts of any move is the packing, loading and unloading of all your belongings. Moving Staffers specializes in, and is dedicated to, making your move easier by arranging for experienced movers to perform packing, loading and unloading services through a nationwide network of service providers. We can assist whether your move is across town or across the country.

What's It Cost? |
You select how much help you need – you can use the movers for as little as 3 hours (our minimum period, no matter how many movers you utilize) or for as long as you need them.
The minimum cost is $308 and that amount is for 2 men for a minimum period of 3 hours (additional hours are $66). You may elect to use more than 2 movers--the minimum cost for 3 men for 3 hours is $407 (additional hours are $99) and the minimum cost for 4 men for 3 hours is $506 (additional hours are $132).
No matter how many men you decide to use, $110 must be paid to Moving Staffers, via credit card, at the time of booking and the balance must be paid to the mover (usually in cash) when the services are rendered. Example: if you decide to use 2 men for 3 hours, the cost is $308 and $110 is paid to Moving Staffers at the time the services are booked and the remaining $198 is paid directly to the movers. Labor rates will be higher on Sundays and holidays.

Rush Orders
Should you book your order 4 days or less before the requested service date a $60 rush fee will apply and your order will be treated as a rush order. For example, a rush fee will apply if an order is placed on a Monday requesting service on Friday of the same week (the service day is excluded when counting the number of days to see if the rush fee applies). Customer service reps will send you a form to be signed and returned to us before your rush order can be scheduled, so please contact us by phone for a rush order.

Place your order online, or over the phone, and you will receive a confirmation message via email. Customers who place rush orders via the internet must telephone the Moving Staffers’ operations department to confirm their requested arrangements |
